We want you to love your order. Because every item is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store — but we stand behind everything we make.
Our 30-day happiness guarantee If something isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to ship the item back.
Wrong size or changed your mind Because each item is printed on demand, we can't restock returns, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns by default. If you ordered the wrong size, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to help (a discounted replacement or store credit). Please check the size guide before ordering for the best fit.
How to start a return or get help Email support@trysarahstops.com with your order number (and a photo for any damage or defect). We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Made-to-order & shipping timing Items are printed in 2–5 business days, then ship in 3–7 business days.
